What would be the better combo?

At USD, what would likely be the best combo to enter consulting?
out of:
Business econ, Business Administration w/ concentration on finance, Econ, Accounting.

With those, what would likely be the best combo for a double major looking to be most marketable?

I am thinking either Bus. admin w/ concentration on finance & econ, or accounting & econ, but would like to get some opinions.....

The only thing I dont really like about the bus. admin/finance is it is not really a degree in finance, but rather business administration, with finance electives. They do not offer a business finance degree. However, I do think that WITH economics that major would be helpfull in applying the theories of economics. However, Im not sure if accounting would go better. or be more marketable. Or maybe bizecon with one of those.................

I have seen similar questions to this go unanswered, and am constantly wondering about it, so I thought I would try again, with a little more detail.

thanks for any input at all.

Business w/finance and econ in my view--although accounting and econ would also be a good choice.

(In other words, I'm agreeing with your analysis).

thanks.....
Anyone else?
How about bus admin/finance and accounting?

USD has just implemented a Finance major, so why don't you do that? If you're interested in Finance, it would be much more valuable to have than a Business Admin major with just a Finance emphasis. USD also has a new Marketing degree as well.

cool, I did not know that.... thank you for the info. You know your stuff about usd....

finance & accounting double major is the most useful and most difficult.

I like that.......
Do you mean difficult as in hard classes, or the fact that it would probably take many more classes to do the Finance/accounting, than finance/econ?
Or would it even be that many more classes?

Ill have to check that out........
thanks for the input.
