What would happen if UCSD does not receive the high school trancript

I am a transfer student, and UCSD have got my college transcript already.

I went to my high school last week for a request to send my high school(within the state, not that far from La Jolla) transcript to UCSD.
Yesterday I called my high school office, and they said they should have sent it. Transcript should be on its way already. I check my status this morning, but it is still yet to change.
Tomorrow is the deadline. WILL UCSD CANCEL MY ADDMISION IF THEY DO NOT RECEIVE MY HIGH SCHOOL TRANSCRIPT?

You won’t get rescind you. At worst, they’ll put you on some kind of hold till they receive the transcript. You shouldn’t have anything to worry about.

Yea as said above^ it also helps to call admissions and give them a heads up on your transcript still being in the system so they can annotate that fact on your account.

I have a question about how we know our transcripts are in. On MyApplication, it has “Transcripts Received” but no box indicating whether it’s in or not. There is a box for “Transcripts Validated” but thats not checked off yet.

^^ same here.

AndrewL, Chemistry, there is no checkbox, that is correct. There is this information:
“Deadline: July 15, 2010
We must receive the following official documents directly from the academic institution. Documents are considered invalid if seal is broken on envelope.
Official final high school transcript indicating your date of graduation. You must request that your high school send the transcript to us.
Official transcripts from any school you attended outside the United States.
Transcripts from any college-level UC transferable courses you took during high school.
Mail all official transcripts and documents to:
University of California, San Diego
Office of Admissions and Relations with Schools
Attn: Transcripts
9500 Gilman Dr., Dept 0021
La Jolla, CA 92093-0021”

On my page underneath that in bold print it says,
The following transcripts have been received:
***** Community College (Received 6-29-10)
***** High School (Received 7-12-10)

My son’s checklist is only showing his HS transcript but not his college ones so we picked them up yesterday and overnighted them just in case. Now they’ll probably have two sets!LOL!

@californiaxo

I guess mine isnt received yet. Should i call them if its not in by tomorrow? It’s the 15th ):

Majority of which are in the hands of UCSD just not entered in yet…

They haven’t received my hs transcipt either and I’m pretty sure my counselor sent it a long time ago so I dunno whats going on w/ UCSD

Same here. Deadline is going to pass and it’s not in yet. I’m sure my counselor sent it as well.

Are HS transcripts necessary for transfer??? I was never told to send them. My college transcripts were received like on 6/20.

@ sfstudent

Yes, you have to send in both your high school and college transcripts, even as a transfer student.

Has anybody else’s Tritonlinkstill say their transcript hasn’t been received? Mines still not checked off.

only my sons HS transcripts are showing-not his CC units (he took a few during high school) I think they are overwhelmed with papers,

@Chemistrylover

From what californiaxo said, they dont check off anything. However, UCSD hasnt got/updated my transcripts yet either. I’m going to call them monday to see if its just them not entering it in the system or not

I called this morning and my reply this time was to wait 3 weeks from the date it was sent.

Darn…I requested my CC transcript to be sent on June 21 and it still didn’t show up yet. My HS transcript was successfully received and validated already ever since July 1. It has really been while… (I’m incoming freshman btw).

I suggest sending it again
