Does it actually say anything about cursive. I thought it said, “write (do not print)” or something like that…

yeah but “writing” means cursive.

Or “do not print” could mean do not print from the computer, just write it in.

i was also forced to do it constantly in elementary school. and I was really good at cursive too; mine looked a lot better than even the girls. But i switched back to print and have used it ever since (except for signatures, duh) So each time I have to write that thing out, I find myself struggling, going way slow, and making up my own hooks and letter-connectors. I guess its hard now because I havent practiced it in 7 years

weirde.. i never learned how to write in cursive.. but it just comes naturally when i have to hurry.. i write more than twice faster in cursive than in print… how can someone write fast in print? i dont get it.. or do you people never write fast?

That was the hardest part of the SAT. I think I wrote about half of it in some sort of made-up hybrid between printing and cursive.

It would be interesting if they try to use that as an anti-cheating device. Can you really identify someone by their cursive handwriting if they have never used cursive regularly and haven’t used it at all in several years?
