What would happen?

What would happen if I applied to Penn for instance, a school that does not honor Score Choice for the SAT, and I only wanted to send my two best scores. Collegeboard.com lets me, but will Penn know that I withheld information and if so, would this disqualify my application?

I'm asking because I took the SAT when I was younger (freshman and sophomore years) and really did not do well; therefore, I don't want the colleges to see those horrible (truly horrible) scores.

Any thoughts or previous experiences?

As long as your more recent scores in Junior and Senior year were a lot better, I can’t see why those Freshman/Sophomore scores would hurt. They would see the test date is 2007 or 2008, and realize that this was ages ago and probably you just doing it without thinking really about scores, which shouldn’t leave any negative impression on them. Those “truly horrible” scores, if they are “truly horrible”, would immediately appear anomalous and be ignored anyway, so long as the current scores are decent.
