What would I put for my father's job on the Common App?

<p>Unemployed is fine for your mother unless their is another option more fitting. Is there a manager or business owner option on the common app. Try to find something that indicates that he is in charge.</p>

<p>I would either put homemaker or something more avant garde like household administrator or manager rather than unemployed for your mother. iMO</p>
