Ever since i learned about how we, as humans, use chemicals to engineer different types of products be it house hold utensils or a hydrogen bomb, I've always aspired to become a chemical engineer. In high school i wasn't a stellar student but i did challenge myself with the hardest courses that correlate with engineering subjects.

AP Chem
AP Calc A/b and B/c
Ap Physics B
AP Computer Science

and a whole bunch of other AP classes. I did average in every single class which really would hurt my chances at schools like UCSB, UMich, UIUC, and UCSD all dream schools i hope i could get in.

with a 3.2 UC GPA, 3.7/8 weighted GPA, 2100 SAT, 29 ACT decent to mild leadership positions and other extra curriculars, what are my chances of getting into any said colleges?

I'm applying this fall and I was trying to find colleges that match my GPA, Curriculars and interest. I'm from California coming from a mediocre high school. My ambitions to become a Chemical engineer are too high to just quit now. I'm not afraid of the financial horror that i will pay if i get into an Out of State school too!
