What would you do if you didn't go to college?

I'd either
1) make a band and play for the fun of it or
2) join greenpeace.

makudonarudo

i thoguth about making my own manga/anime

Play the violin in my free time (And learn some fiddling!)
Set up a small store.
Earn money and invest it for a long time.
Be happy.

I'd do you.

for free? btw u got STD's?

For a year: work as a temp to save up money and try to do some investing
For life, if I could do anything: start working at the barn I ride at and try to get good enough to ride professionally, or learn how to manage a breeding barn.

If I was just coming out of high school right now, I would almost definitely join the Canadian Army to fight in Afghanistan and (if Stephen Harper's Tories win a majority Parliament in the next election crosses fingers) Iraq.

Barring that, I'd probably just do what I did before I decided to enter university: work as a freelance journalist.

Excited about Iraq, ehh?

I'd probably try to become an int'l weapons dealer - how I would go about doing so remains a question...of course, I could just give the masses a chance to hear me rap about my suburban woes.

Backpack through Europe and..Tibet.

Then try and get a job with the Peace Corps (kinda difficult if you don't have a degree..), which is something I'm already planning for after college..

of course for free, and... STD's are fun...

I am actually taking a year off college. I will be deffering my admission to whatever college I end up going to, and hopefully going to have the best year of my life. I've decided that i will be spending next year abroad learning in the holy land-israel before returning and going to college in the states. 97 percent of our high school graduates do this and have a great time. Personally for me there are so many benifits for taking a year off: first, i get to be on my own for once. In college you are sorta on your own but nothing beats going to a foreign country. Second, the atmosphere and the overall experience i am going to get. In my lifetime, until i retire, there will be no other time for just casual learning and a time to goof off with no responsibility. Third, can you say partying European Style. Legal drinking age 18.It's going to be a crazy year with tons of PARTYING. In college you can Party but you have to worry about tests and work.

going to the holy land to party and drink?

lol whatever helps him sleep at night.

and NO STD's are not fun. they are scratching annoying...LMFAO

trust me, STD's are definitely fun

Travel the world and write about it. Be a freelance musician. Fall in love.

peace corps!

1 year off:
- travel Europe and Australia
- volunteer in Asia
- get a job

Forever:
- STOP GLOBAL WARMING

travel. A LOT.

My parents big threat has always been that if me or my sister got bad grades (or in my sister case lost her scholarship), they would stop paying for college and we would have to work at WalMart or, if WalMart wasn't hiring, be a striper at this skeezy strip club on the outskirts of town.

So, I would have to say that I would be working at WalMart. ;)
