How would you guys deal with someone who always seems to want to get you into trouble? and what would you do if the teacher confronts you about copying someone else's worksheet even though everyone does it as well, but you were the unlucky one to get caught?

Technically the teacher is justified in calling you out on cheating although s/he didn't call out anyone else. And even if s/he did call out everyone else, you would still get in trouble b/c you were doing it.
Imagine going to the principal with the argument that you were just "the unlucky one to get caught" therefore it isn't fair. It wouldn't work.

The only way you can have the upper hand is to just not cheat or do anything seriously wrong. That way no one can get you in trouble.

Get better at cheating.

Hmmmm...that's another option I didn't consider. Sorry for not being thorough. :D

Worth repeating:
"The only way you can have the upper hand is to just not cheat or do anything seriously wrong. That way no one can get you in trouble."
