Assuming that money was not an issue (not that it is, but let's pretend). I applied to 21 schools, all very viable options for myself, some better than others, but nonetheless very possible destinations come 6 months. I have already been accepted to a majority of them and the past few weeks have been very exciting. However, I find myself contemplating more about what I will be missing by picking one over the other, and not what I would be gaining (which is why I applied to so many schools in the first place, to keep options open and make my choice easier). If it were you, which would you pick, not based on rankings, because I could simply go on U.S Rankings and Reviews for those. I mean through a wholesome evaluation of the school, which one would you ultimately choose. The following are schools to which I have already been accepted to, and in some cases waitlisted (Some obviously are preferable than others but I will list them all anyways): UC Berkeley, UC Irvine, UC Riverside, UC Santa Cruz, University of Houston, UT Austin, Uva, NYU, Cornell, Georgetown, Emory, Carnegie Mellon, Boston College, UNC, UIB, WUSTL, Notre Dame, Univ of Illinois at Urbana. Still waiting on Univ of Michigan and Vanderbilt as well, (only place I have been rejected to thus far is Duke). I would be going into the Business Program. So what do you think?

God damn, what is with all of these college selection threads lately? You realize there is a whole other forum for this type of question, right?

Anyway… Business?

NYU - Stern

Hey guys, I’m bragging about the schools I got into, but I’m going to make it so it looks like I need help making my decision. Oh, and I’m putting it in College Life so I can get more hits.

^ Exactly.

I think you should go to a trade school and become a machinist

Go to NYU.

Can’t we at least pretend not to notice?
