What would you tell a high school senior about the MCAT?

<p>If you were able to go back in time and tell your high school senior self some need to knows about the MCAT. What would they be?</p>

<p>Not to worry about it one iota until 3 months prior to actually taking it.</p>

<p>And that your MCAT score does not predict medical school performance in any manner or fashion at all.</p>

<p>That you don’t need to know anything about it, I’ll hop through time and tell you your junior year of college what you need to know.</p>

<p>Nothing. HS senior does not need to know ANYTHING about MCAT. It does not exist for HS senior.</p>

<p>ditto to the comments in this thread. also, taking AP science courses and studying hard in the pre requisite courses makes studying for the MCAT less daunting. Having to focus more on practice questions is a lot easier than having to master concepts from the start in addition to practice questions on top of that.</p>
