<p>if you are black and say, of cuban or dominican origin, i.e. youre black and hispanic. Unless your family is both predominantly black and originally from a country in the spanish-speaking caribbean, then you are most definitely black, non-hispanic.</p>

<p>I think leezy has it right. We're all so twitchy about applications we're over-thinking the question.</p>
