What's a Final High School Transcript?!

I was accepted to SUNY: Onondaga, and so far it sounds like it might be a good pick.
It's expensive since I'm out of state, but I have a few questions.
They received my official HS transcript, but not my Final one, which doesn't compute seeing as we don't have one, I've graduated already. What are they talking about?

They are talking about the one that has the grades for every high school course you have ever taken. You didn’t get one before you graduated? Could you email your counselor or the admissions office and explain your situation? They just wanna make sure you didn’t slack off once you got in.

I think it would be best if you contacted the school and explain your situation to them. The final transcript, from my knowledge, should be including your senior year grades. At the time of application it’s assumed you don’t send senior year scores (because it’s December and they’re not out yet), so that’s basically to make sure you didn’t fail anything.

For my D’s school, the final transcript is available at the end of June while the graduation is in the beginning of June. You do need to submit the final transcript with all grades on it.

A final high school transcript includes notation of high school graduation. High schools are very accustomed to receiving these requests. There is typically a form to fill out and, in some cases a nominal fee. Go into your high school registrar and fill out the request.

Because you graduated in 2012, it is very likely that the transcript you submitted contained notation of your high school graduation and that the request for a final transcript is simply an automatic notification sent out to all accepted students. A quick email to admissions stating that the previously submitted transcript was indeed a FINAL transcript should clear things up.

If, on the other hand you did not actually graduate, you may have more to clear up (I am hoping this is not the case).

Good luck
