<p>Give them your honest answer, be but a bit diplomatic. I have a friend this year at Middlesex for whom this is his second year attending (he is a sophmore)</p>
<p>He found that Middlesex was not the “fit” for him and decided to apply to different schools. His advisor and teachers wrote him great recs and he was accepted at Deerfield. The teachers do what is best for their students.</p>
<p>yeah thats really what happend to me i never felt that the school i was at was the right fit it didnt feel right.</p>
<p>I agree - if you’re not being kicked out of a school, then just be honest and talk about “fit.” </p>
<p>My daughter is choosing between schools with completely different personalities. But she likes all of them having visited. So it’s agonizing. In the end, you take your best guess and if it’s not right - no harm no foul. </p>
<p>As long as you can get good recs, you should be fine.</p>

<p>Don’t mention it lol. I believe he once asked “How do fat kids fit into boarding school ?” Assuming the How do kind of tells me that he has no knowledge of actually having attended a boarding school, so I think this post is clearly a <em>lie</em>.</p>
