What's a high GPA for incoming freshmen?

<p>I'm an international student and our school uses a 100 scale.</p>

<p>No one uses the 4.0 scale in our country.</p>

<p>My GPA is a 96.23. How does that compare to applicants of HYPS, UCLA, etc?</p>
