Hello, I applied to be an RA. In the application, it said it was for the position of residentail assistant.
I recieved an e-mail saying I have been accepted as a programming assistant(PA) and would start training this upcoming semester.
What exactly is a PA?
My dorm mate thinks it’s the training position before becoming a RA but I’m not sure. I’m planning on asking about this before accepting the job but i want to know the main difference.
Also I searched PA on the UNCA site and nothing helpful came up.
