What's a reach/match/safety with these SAT/ACT scores?

<p>Based on this description, I didn't think SAT scores were all that important for this particular scholarship. It is actually for 10-13.5 K/yr. Also, Hispanics make up 11% as of 2004, as opposed to 15% Asian and 55% white. I imagine being Hispanic does give an admissions boost at Rice.</p>
