Whats Better?? Kelley or U of I Champaign

I know I am going to get a lot of biased opinions considering I am posting here but, what is a better school for business. Specifically, Inverstment Banking. Indiana (Kelley school of business) or U of I.

Indiana is ranked much higher for business in numerous ranking guides but what is really better?

Thanks

Indiana for business, U of I for the liberal arts. Kelley is a better known business school with a better academic reputation than U of I in terms of business and there are more recruits that search Kelley with good job opportunities.

U of I's #1 in the nation for accounting, i heard that there are a lot of recruiters at U of I... I got into U of I, Indiana and Michigan, but obviously since I live in Illinois, im going to U of I!!!

If you're in-state for either, go to that school. One school isn't going to get you a job over another.

U of I's reputation is good, but IU's business school is top ten in the country and the London Times ranked it something like seventeen in the world. I'd go with Kelley. And if you've ever been to either school, you know U of I is a dump compared to IU.

Also, if you're in state, it's hard to get into U of I for business. We know kids who had in the 30's for their ACT's and over 4.0 gpa's and they didn't get in. U of I has turned their backs on in-state kids to favor the higher tuition rate of those from out of state.

Also - VERY lousy in the administration department. My nephew went there and they had tons of problems and even getting a tour last year for my son was a mess and never happened, despite the fact that we brought their letter with us.

Both are good programs.....there comes a point where you have to look at two other things though:

Financing...IU is out of state if you're in IL but you can get plenty of aid from the Faculty Award and the Hutton Honors College

Which campus do you like....I'm from Illinois....and I'll tell you Indiana has a much nicer campus
