I’m just curious- what counts as an extracurricular activity?
For example, I designed a class T-shirt for my class and I devoted a lot of time into it.
Does this count as one?

Was it something you did outside of class? Or was an it an assignment for class? If it’s the former than yes, you can.
technically, it could count, but that would be more of a one-time thing. showing long-term dedication to an activity would be better.
