Rank the following in terms of which is generally easier to get into, or is less "competitive":

Wharton, SEAS, CAS, or Nursing?

Nursing is the easiest.

The other three are more closely clustered together, but last year the dean of admissions said the order was: Wharton, CAS, and Engineering.

Can I still take English/Humanities classes while enrolled in SEAS?

Yes. You can take any class regardless of what school you enroll in. This is Penn’s “One University” policy.

And… was it disadvantageous of me to only send in ACT scores + SAT II’s, rather than SAT I, ACT, and SAT IIs?

I don’t know. Didn’t you already get in? Why are you wondering about this?

Because there’s an underclassman at my school who keeps asking me about it, and I don’t know what to tell him.
