<p>I sent in my application on 10/31/2006. The final element needed (teacher's rec) was received on 01/06/2007.</p>
<p>Yet... they still haven't come up with an admissions decision yet. Most of my classmates have gotten in already, and I'm worried...</p>
<p>I'm in-state, female, legacy, weighted GPA 3.97, SAT 2220 single session, decent ECs including community service and leadership...</p>

<p>yeah mine was completed the 15th. u might be waiting cuz ur uw gpa is likely under the 3.7 uw bench mark that they set so they are prlly just reviewing ur app.</p>
<p>well, your app is considered complete on 1/6, so it isn't that weird that you haven't heard. its only been like a month and a half from the completion date. and im pretty sure they don't start reviewing your app until it is totally complete.<br>
i had to wait just over 14 weeks. waiting sucked, but it doesnt matter anymore. i got in and only had decent stats. 3.95 umich gpa with 30 act (but i dont think that was sent in yet, so i got in with my old 28 act)

<p>I never got email 4/4 and my app was complete on 1/8. Their communication has been pretty slow. </p>
<p>aphoticmelody--I am in-state too, my app was complete 1/8, and I was just accepted this weekend. I wouldn't worry too much, just be mad that your teacher sent in the rec so late!</p>
<p>I don't believe they tell you exactly when it's completed per say. When you get email 4/4, it's basically we've got most or all of your stuff I think?</p>
<p>And then they have to scan it, put it into the comp, ect ect --> completed</p>
<p>That's just my theory, but when I got my email 4/4, to when I called them and they said it was completed, were two seperate dates</p>
<p>You have to click the link on WA to see if everything is in. If you don't and there is something missing, you're screwed.</p>
<p>^ true, but like when my application was completed, on 2/5/07, my WA didn't update until probably a week after. If you're really worried about different pieces of things missing, then you should call them and check</p>

<p>i would say thats strange. your unweighted gpa might be hurting you(what is it). i had a 4.0 michigan UW</p>
<p>Everyone just needs to CHILL. It will come when it comes, and there's no way to predict it in your case. I completely stopped checking WA this week, and my decision came. It was much more exciting to hear that way!</p>
