What's Kemper Hall like?

I was wondering if anyone has any knowledge of Kemper Hall. I will be a junior level transfer student in the fall and was considering living in Kemper. I like the idea of a suites with 6 singles. It also seems to be one of the newer/nicer halls.

So does Kemper have a "reputation" I should be aware of? I know it is hard to pass judgment without speaking in generalities, but any advice or personal opinions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

"reputation"?

maybe something like this:

accounts vary from extremely anti social, boring to just rather anti social

extremely nice amenities

lake views

no one socializes on their floor

it's a lot of upper classmen who move in together, live together

that being said i haven't actually even heard that much about it

also it is a pretty far walk from class.

probably the most luxurious place to live on campus...

one reputation is that if you dont have the first 100 numbers for housing draw, you can't get into kemper. Kemper's basically the nicest dorm on campus, and the chance of a transfer student getting in is pretty difficult, considering almost all upperclassmen students would probably want this if they're not off campus

^^ yeah that too

Seconded, I really doubt you will be able to live there.
