What's most important in BA/MD admissions?

Okay, I am kinda getting a headache over the whole factor thing. I know that the best answer to my question is doing one's best, but still, how can I do my best right so that I don't waste time doing the useless stuff? So I ask you to rank the following for me from the most important to the least important. Please add it to your list if you think I omitted something.

-GPA
-AP/IB Scores
-SAT I
-SAT II
-Recs
-Research
-Med related ECs
-Service hours
-Essay
-Math/Science competition awards (national)
-Sports/Musical talent, etc.
-interview
-having a lot of and I mean A LOT OF different ECs

What is the most important? and what is not really important? I know that they're all imporant to some people but what would be the one that would determine my chance of getting into the program?

gpa and sat are the most important. like, to even get considered to the next stage, you should have high stats of both

yup GPA and SAT/ACT are most important...the recs and essay make or break

I would say - GPA, SAT scores, and medically related, focused ECs are all important.
