state: GA
ethnicity: asian
SAT: m610, r580, w550 1740
gpa: uw 3.56
2 ap's taken so far
4 ap's next year
and can i send them SAT scores after the ed deadline??
because the deadline is october 15 and im sure i will get my october sat after the deadline.
so what do you guys think? denied? deffered? accepted?

<p>Your SAT score is a bit low, but your GPA is pretty good for UGA. And there’s no early decision for UGA…only early action. And yes, you can take the SAT in October and send it. It also depends on whether you;re a female or male…UGA tends to accept more males in order to balance the genders. If you receive atleast a 1850 on your next SAT, you will most likely get in. But with these current scores…I think you’d be deferred. Good luck! :)</p>
<p>I got admitted early with only a 1700 SAT. But really, I think my ACT was the one that helped me more (29 or 30 IIRC). I’m also Asian and male if that helps. But the thing is I think they look at standardized test scores last. </p>
<p>What really stands out I think is the course rigor. You would finish with about 6 AP classes which is really good. If you keep that decent GPA, I’m sure you’ll get in. </p>
<p>Another thing is, do more extracurricular activities like sports and try to gain a position (i.e. Vice president or secretary) in a club.</p>
