Whats my chance of getting into UCSD, UCD, UCI, UCB, UCLA?

Alright, so some of this information will hopefully change soon because i'm taking the SAT's again, and i just took the ACT's again yesterday...

ACADEMICS:
My overall GPA weighted so far is a 3.9
I've taken 6 weighted classes (AP US [I got a 2 on the test:(], AP Psych [3 on the test], AP European History [3 on the test] AP Environmental Science [I'm currently taking it so i haven't taken the test yet], Honors Chemistry, and Honors Spanish 4)
I recieved a B in all of them (besides AP environmental, which i haven't completed yet)

TEST SCORES:
I got a 1630 on the SAT my first time (530 on math, 560 on english, and 540 on writing)
I got a 560 on the US History and English SAT II's
I got a 25 on the ACT my first time (25 in math, english, and writing, but a 26 in science)
This ACT score was received with no prior test preparation, but before my second time taking it I had 6 weeks of tutoring and I took a few prep tests one of which I was able to score up to a 29 on and the rest were 27 or 28s.

EXTRA CURRICULARS:
- Four years of cross country and track, two years as captain on track, one year as captain on cross country, & two years as the top female runner on the cross country team.
- Link crew leader for one year.
- Safe School Ambassador for three years.
- E2 member for one year (E2 is a program at my school in which we work to help the environment by having weekly trash pick-ups at school and three or four events where we take old computers, batteries, etc. to safe throw away places)
- I'm going to volunteer as an intern for either Barack Obama or Jerry McNerney starting sometime this week
- I'm going to start volunteering at the local hospital with my aunt who works there.

& just two more questions, would it be worth my time to re-take the SAT or retake the SAT IIs? With a higher score on the ACT's I feel like maybe it would be better to take the SAT II's because it's not mandatory for me to submit my SAT scores, but it IS mandatory for me to submit my SAT II scores and I'm not quite sure if I'm allowed to take the subject tests after college apps are due.

Any help is REALLY appreciated!! :)

Good observation; the data in my two links do not match in this regard. I'd go with the ones in the official UC site (the second link).
