<p>It depends on your major, really.
If you’re applying to a non-impacted major, then your chances are decent.
However, if you’re going into engineering, which is extremely impacted, your ACT score is well below the average for admitted engineering students. </p>

UCSD does not take major into consideration. You’re admitted first, then evaluated to see if there’s a spot in the major for you.
That being said, besides the mediocre ACT score, I think you have a good chance! We don’t know your EC’s though, so we could get a better picture of you if you posted them.</p>
