do i have a chance?
:) :) :)

thanks.

fight on!

Most "What are my chances" posts give more details about the student. Could you elaborate on your extracurriculars, awards, course load, etc?

I also have toecho what Ned555 said. Also, is your GPA weighted or unweighted, and did you take the old or new SAT?

It is getting harder to get into colleges these days. USC had a 25% acceptance rate this year. Most of the students accepted had an average of 4.0 for a GPA and a SAT score of 2100 according to letters sent to the students who didnt get in. I had a 1980 on the SAT but i think that balanced out with my SAT 2s, ECs, gpa, and senior grades. I would say that you keep working hard and try to get your GPA and SAT score up.

^ its obviously new sat becuz old ones only went up to 1600.

I think it is unweighted..

And the medium rate this year was around 1300~1460 (out of 1600) so if your SAT 3 put together is 1840, it is low. I would definately raise the SAT and the GPA...

Here's where you can see profiles of freshman 2005 to 2006. 31+ applied, 8K got in. 3K actually goes. Good luck. (yield 30 percent)
