<p>I have a 3.4 gpa unweighted and a 1130 on the SAT (reading 530) (math 600)
I plan to take the SAT's again to better my chances. I am also out of state from Pennsylvania. What do you guys think?</p>

Being from Pennsylvania won’t help you. 3.4 and 1130 are ok for arts and sciences. What about your ECs?</p>
