What's my hope into getting accepted into a high-tier college

My freshman/sophomore year I had a pretty low GPA, usually around 3. Some of that has to do with the classes I took, I could have graduated this year if I wanted to. A lot of my classes I've taken were above my grade level.

This year, I actually started to try, I will probably end up around 3.6/3.7 at the end of my junior year.

I didn't really do any extracurriculars besides FBLA freshman year.

ALTHOUGH, I did not spend my free time doing nothing. I've been heavily invested into internet marketing and business. I've made dozens of websites and generated $xx,xxx since I started. I do all types of advertising in the real world business environment, but I don't really know how I would present this in a college application. I'm very well versed in computers since I sit at mine for about 8+ hours per day.

Do you think my real world experience would help me get into colleges and prove my worth? I'm hoping to get close to a 4.0 senior year, but not sure that will help me much since I'll be applying before grades come in.

Is it possible to have a personal conversation with people at the college who do handle enrollment?

I'm still waiting on my ACT scores, but I'm hoping to do well on them. I'm especially good at math/physics/numbers in general so I know/hope my math will be my best subject.

Any advice/help?
