Once you've been notified of your acceptance, what do you do next?

So far I've been accepted into University of Iowa ( with scholarships), although I'm not trying to committ to the university ( as I'm unsure where I will be attending in 2010) are there any basic next steps? I've already have my email account for the university. Do I just wait until deciding if I will attend the school and then make more progress?
Thanks

Surely the school sent you some information on what to do after receiving a decision. You should read it.

Well there are steps online like enrollment payment, housing etc… but I was wonderin if there were any basic steps from just being admitted or you just hold off on everything if your not sure on your selection of schools…

I haven’t recieved anything in the mail from the school, perhaps some errors at my local post office ( or the school just doesn’t send out mail)?

Assuming that the deadline for acceptance of their offer and the scholarship are May 1, then there is nothing you absolutely need to do right now.

The one thing you might want to think about and keep an eye on is sending in a housing deposit to hold a spot for you in case you do attend, as dorm slots have been know to be limited at some schools. Perhaps you can call or email the school and find out the usual date when you should have a deposit sent in. You may have to weigh losing the money vs. losing a dorm room, but hopefully not.
