<p>Even though it’s nice to have a strong beat when I’m running, I usually enjoy working out with pretty mellow music. Some Billy Joel, the Beatles, some of the quieter Red Hot Chili Peppers stuff, some musical theater (don’t you judge me!). When I really need motivation, though, I’ll just blast the entire American Idiot album… We definitely have very different tase in music!</p>

<p>And there’s a cool website where you can find music to run to at a specific number of beats per minute so you can pace yourself better. It’s really annoying to be running and have the song slowing you down!</p>
