I've never pulled one before. Tons of hw today. I always try to take a three hour nap in the middle of the night on days like these, but I always never wake up early enough, the sound of the alarm is weak and my heavy head just makes me daze off with my eyes close until my Mom wakes me up at 6. Darn. I've had many missing assignments because of this. So I think I'll just try it today to is if it works.

How do you feel going to school?

Better to pull one the day before the test, or two days before the test? if this was the case

Do I really need coffee.

thanxs. I have to admit, I'm pretty excited. lol.

I found it nearly impossible to stay awake in class the next day. I would literally go unconscious even while taking notes. Pulling an all-nighter right before a test = worst idea evar.

I’ve never pulled one for a test. Didn’t know that people did that.

I have, however, pulled as many as two in a row for projects/papers. Yes, I would suggest coffee. Everyone’s body has a diff response; you may be fine. Usually, I’m giddy and wide awake the day after.

all nighters aren’t that bad. if you have a sleepy period (usually around 3am for most people, could be earlier for people who don’t sleep as late) and trek through it for an hour, you’re usually set to stay wake. it’s just bothersome once you’ve gone to school and you’re like “****. seven hours of this?”

Never pulled an all-nighter. Lately, I’ve been getting only 7 hours and it’s killing me! I wouldn’t advise it - eventually you experience diminishing marginal returns and by 4…or 5 am you should be working relatively slowly.

I’ve pulled all-nighters before. They aren’t so bad, but I’m a bit of an insomniac anyway [runs in the family]. I’m peachy with just two hours of sleep, and some coffee, though I think I’ve built up a high tolerance to caffeine. It just doesn’t work that much anymore, and I drink my coffee black…

before the test.

do you need coffee…?
it’s sort of a person by person deal…
