Just curious. I'd like an opinion from those who are attending/have attended.

According to friends, superb faculty and learning experience.

The unique learning opportunities

The people.

hallo lindsey. where is my ice cream?

The classes and the people.

Agreed. The people.

Those were some inspired responses.

the rocky horror picture show

The panty removing ability.

Silly.

That's Wellesley.

The chance to beat Yale at football.

(Although Yale doesn't go down without a hard fight. Sometimes they do find other ways to kick Harvard's ass, re: Harvard Sucks prank in 2004.)

Hahahaha that prank was funny because they preyed on old people.

Quoted for truth.

It really is the people. I don't see how that's not an inspired response, haha...the people are beyond incredible.

Sax, I think "Mr Payne" was refering to the power of the H-Bomb.

For me, it's the people. But I'm surprised no one's mentioned the "ECs." The Crimson, the Lampoon, Let's Go!, the IOP, as well as all the speakers + events make Harvard pretty unique. Also, because there are no frats/sororities, clubs often take on a pretty important social role (i.e. dancing on tables at the Crimson).

The EC's and the people are kind of synonymous for me as the best thing. The EC's are great because of the people.

Here's one of the better "H-Bomb" stories by a recent grad school grad.

I'm not actually attending or going to attend Harvard, but if I were to choose Harvard over other elite schools, I'd do it largely because of location--Cambridge indisputably demolishes Princeton and New Haven for location.
