Topic title says it all. And if anyone knows any good prep books for the math level 2 (besides the official one) that would also be appreciated.

^Well for AP chem, im using Barrons, so i would suggest the same for the subject test. For math IIC, i would suggest sparknotes. I used that in conjunction with the official one and scored 800. Sparknotes will be tough (i did a practice test in sparknotes and got 700 average on three tests it offers and then took the two tests in the official book and got 790 average). I strongly suggest that the questions you get wrong on Sparknotes you should go over thoroughly.

I’m using Barron’s too and it’s great.

I used an old textbook. took the free sparknotes tests online (never got higher than a 680 on them… but review your misses thoroughly) and ended up with an 800

I used both Barron’s and PR and I found PR’s to be better. Barron’s was more difficult to understand.

However, i basically had to teach myself chemistry, so if you’ve had a good chemistry class you might not have as much trouble with Barron’s.

I’ve also heard that Barron’s goes over unnecessary stuff though.

I also used Barron’s for Math IIc and found it to be very thorough and complete. Got me an 800 with less than 20 hours of studying, and before I used it I didn’t know vectors, 3d geometry, logarithmic stuff, and some other stuff. Taught me all of it.

PR’s is easier to understand but it is not enough detail if you’re aiming for a very high score. Barron’s is good, Sparknotes is good. Study those, and do all of their practice tests. Kaplan is unnecessary.
