What's the cutoff for fee waivers?

What's the maximum income that your parents can earn to get a fee waiver? Does 50k fall in that range?

It would be nice to know, but I really don't think it's going to be the same at every college. And they're not going to tell you a number, it's going to depend on several things. You just send in the request for a fee waiver, and they grant it or don't. IMHO, 50k is too high for a fee waiver.

it also depends on how many people are in your family..

icic, well, there's 4 pple in my household..
btw, do they look at overall income or income after taxes are deducted ?

Adjusted gross income. and no, 4 people with 50K prob won't qualify

Student must usually qualify for reduced or free lunch

icic, thanks for the information... i guess there must be different fee waiver standards since i did recieve a fee waiver for the AP exams for not for the SATs
