What's the difference between all these Statistics Majors?

Business Statistics
Statistics, General
Mathematics and Statistics
Mathematical Statistics and Probability
Mathematics and Statistics, Other

And I believe there are a few others I didn't mention.

Are those all offered as majors at your school? Are they grad or undergrad majors? The best way to tell the difference is to look up the degree plans. The courses on the degree plan will give you the answer. It’s very tough to tell when exactly what they entail otherwise. There’s a difference between a major and a concentration so make sure you are looking closely. When you get a mathematics degree that has it’s concentration in statistics, you typically take all of the same core math courses as other math majors and then 3-5 statistics courses (at my school this would be probability, applied statistics, mathematical statistics). “Statistics, General” could possibly get out of taking a few of the math courses that most mathematics students take.

So it just depends on the school?
I was searching for schools and all of these different statistics majors came up and was wondering how they were different.

Yes, it’s very possible with two schools that have a degree with the same name to have many different courses used for the degree plan. You want to look at the degree plans and also see if you can pull up a course list with the names and descriptions listed for each course.
