I realize the site says the classes for Comp Sci are the same for both paths, but what about other areas?

Is EECS a lot harder(and more workload) than taking CS? How hard is it to double major with CS or EECS? How much easier is it to get in on CS than EECS? Will employers view you differently is you took CS rather than EECS? If you got in CS, how hard is it to transfer to EECS?

Please check other threads. The basics - no L&S isn't much easier, most requirements are the same. EECS is a fair bit harder to get into. Employers likely won't care too much. Transferring to EECS isn't easy, you have to do well inside Berkeley to have a shot, and that's not a cakewalk. Double majoring with CS is probably easier than doing so with EECS, which has many more technical requirements, since it includes two fields.
