Whats the difference between early and regular deadline?

<p>Hey, kinda new to this...</p>

<p>When i go to the page about registration deadlines, for international candidates (i am one) there is an early date and one regular date, what is the difference between them?</p>

<p>I am thinking of giving the dec SAT and will most probably register tomorrow (unless i have missed a trick with early and regular)</p>
