I've only taken 2 AP tests so I dont have very much experience so i wanted to know which test is the easiest

Psychology

Statistics

Personaly speaking, English Language was the easiest. Didn't prepare and got a 5.

Didn't take it yet but I heard Stat.

there is no easy AP test. it only depends on one's strength. but ive heard psychology is the easiest and stats got kinda harder this year

Would it be possible to take a test, like psychology, without having taken the class? If you self-studied? Since it's such an easy test, evidently.

Korean with listening.

if you don't speak Korean

(is that even an AP test or is it a SAT II?)

It's only a SAT II

Lang...as long as you have great reading comprehension, which basically involves reading more than an hour a week nowadays.

Psych, if you don't.

World, if you can spend an hour a day preparing for the two weeks before the test.

has to be Human Geography.

ESL

... meh. sorry. if only i were the head of collegeboard.. ;)

jegan3, yes, you can study for psychology without taking the class. I took the class, but it was useless. We had a total of 5 different "teachers" and I never opened the book. It sucks because before this year there was an awesome teacher; too bad she left. Anyhow, I pretty much crammed the whole prep book the night before and got a 4(i'm sure it was a high four because I missed part of an essay and the multiple choice was easy).

Calculus AB

for no prior knowledge, STATS
for if you have enough time to study, APUSH
for if you a good in SAT math, AP CALC AB
for if you are good in SAT verbal, English Lit
for if your are good in SAT writing, English Language

Why are people saying AP Calc AB? I was under the impression that it was one of the hardest APs??

Well its hard for some. It basically revolved around two areas : integral and derivative......so there is not much to cover.

if you have no prior knowledge of anything but need to self-study and get some 5's to impress colleges, take Psych and Stat.

Psych: all you have to do is read the textbook so that you can get at least 80 questions correct out of 100 multiple choice questions. There are 2 essays but you can BS them as long as you can write about 2/3 of what they are asking. Overall, it is an easy exam.

Stat: materials covered in stat are not a lot, and often overlap with Algebra/Precalculus courses. You can basically cram in everything before the test and still manage a 5. However, if you are not too strong at math - say, 600 or less on SAT I math, then you shouldn't take this.

Other than these two, human geography, environmental science, and government are considered as "easy ap courses" in my school.

On the other hand, if you know the material very well, the easier exams to get 5's I think are Calculus and World History, but not limited to them...

The AP Calculus AB test is outrageously easy compared to the class per se.

How about European history?
