【What's the EXACT time of Berkeley/UCLA decision today?】

Decisions will be available the evening of April 26, 2013</p>

<p>UCLA says ** Transfer decisions will be available starting the evening of Friday, April 26th. **</p>

<p>So I am wondering what does evening mean? 6pm?</p>
