What's the GPA for this average?

<p>I have an 89.14 average, what would be the GPA on a 4.0 scale?</p>

<p>no, 3.5 is like a 90. at least on our grading scale.</p>

<p>on a 4-point scale, id say you’re on the very high end of a 3.4</p>

<p>well yeah, i thought my gpa was a 3.6 cause if an 87 is 3.3 then 88 would be 3.4 and 89 would be 3.5-3.6…and if i divide my gpa by 100 and multiply it by 4 i get 3.56…so it might be 3.6?</p>

<p>3.5 is the cutoff for A where i go to school, and so is 90%. so, id figure that 89% is a very high 3.4. </p>

<p>i know the math doesn’t work out, but, yeah…</p>
