I've never pulled an all-nighter.
Then again, I'm not inclined to work very hard, so I'd probably be more likely to leave a bunch of stuff unfinished and sleep than work all night to do my homework.
I do, however, stay up pretty late doing stuff online.

I do them occasionally but it's not usually intentional.

I do most or all of my homework from 6:00 to 7:00 in the morning, so if I have insomnia or something and know I'm not going to get enough sleep to work in the morning, then I'll just stay up and work.

I always work from dawn to dusk on Sundays. This weekend I'll be writing a 2 papers, preparing 3 oral presentations, and studying for 2 tests.

1:45, so not too late. I've done it a lot of times recently, though. Including last night.

My latest was 4:30 am to work on my final project. I then had to wake up at 6. Last night I was up until 2 am working on another project.

the whole night.
Well it's because I procrastinated the whole project. I wrote like over 12 pages about the 2000 election the night before. But I did finish.

Studying - probably 1 or so, and getting up at 7:30.
homework - 2 or 3.
papers - ugh. all night, all the time (not really, but usually at least until 4:30 with the occasional all-nighter, like tonight)

I think the latest I've ever stayed up is 2AM on a school night. If I don't finish it then, then I usually try to do some the next morning at school as well.

5am...but I got up later 7;45 instead of 7am. I don't do it often . I think I've also missed sleep once, though when I got back from school, I feel asleep straight away.

all of you who stay up all night finishing 12 page essays and other big important projects you've been procrastinating on... what grades do u end up getting on these assignments??? I mean, a 12 page paper done during an all nighter can't possibly be the best quality work can it? I know if i had to do that mine woudl turn out to be the crappiest paper EVER lol

It's kind of weird. Once I hit about 2:00am, I go into this odd, really creative mood, as anyone who has talked to me on AIM or read my CC posts made at that hour can testify to. So if the papers I'm writing are supposed to be "creative writing assignments", they actually turn out pretty well. I'll read them the next day and think, "How the hell did I come up with this?"

I dunno, maybe I'm just on crack. :-/

I'm actually going to be up all night tonight studying for my exam on Ovid's Metamorphoses tomorrow. Lesson learned: don't put stuff off for an entire semester.

Yeah, I'm still up. Ugh.

solid A (sometimes a + as a bonus lol)

Like Jimmyeatworld, my brain perks up at about that time. I think of these big, elegant words to use in my sentences and at the end, my paper usually turns out really.. proffessional?

I've never stayed up past 12:30 for homework or studying. I always prefer to go to bed, and just wake up earlier to finish the work then.

all-nighter for a 10 pg research paper for history. three friends of mine and i stayed up the whole night in a chatroom supporting each other because none of us had started the damned thing until 10 o clock that night. our reaction times and intelligibility went through exponential decay and at around 4 AM, we started losing our collective sanity.

one memorable quote from my friend: "ok guys screw making coffee, i'm just eating the coffee beans now. i'm becoming the coffee."

i ended up with a 99, lowest grade between us was a 95. and the teacher was pretty harsh grading in general, one kid in my class got a 30. out of 100. and he actually did it a week ahead of time.

I managed an A on the test I was up studying for on Thursday. I ended up not being able to sleep until fairly late Friday, because we (apparently) had two essays due with the test.
I can't wait for summer.

Midnight. I am a sophomore and I honestly cannot stay up late to do HW. I try to either get it done in the earlier hours of night, or I do during lunch if time permits. But I am a huge procrastinator and just don’t stay up late for HW. But I’m pretty sure I’ll learn to n junior year!

Hm… I think it was three school days so maybe 66-68 hours? It was during exam season, and I had so much to do. Thankfully, when it was done, it was vacation, so I slept for like 2 days only getting up for ice cream and cookies.

Edit: I ended up getting 4 A’s (in classes that needed them) and one high B (in class with an already solid A).

Three or four days to catch up on studying and scholarship applications.
Absolutely one of my most horrible experiences.

If it gets past 12:00 am then I just give up. I’ll either skip school or quickly do it in the morning. Doesn’t happen often though.
