<p>Send scores to the college you are planning to attend; anything else is a waste of money. If you send the scores, the College Board sends them to the registrar(s), and admissions never sees them. Scores are self-reported on the common app.</p>
<p>Because they need proof you actually got a certain score. You could always lie if self-reported. </p>
