<p>is that bad? didnt most people who got accepted early not have to go through the "full review process"? if i check the unofficial transcript it still comes up as not there...</p>

<p>And I think 'unofficial transcript' has been fixed, so you cannot really check your decision in advance now.</p>
<p>i also just got the same update, but the date that it was last "checked" hasn't changed. I just noticed the message changed.</p>

<p>UW does rolling admission then right? because if nhs still has initial review since it was entered dec 19th mine was entered nov 10th @_@ they may have accepted high stats first, and we're the first "average" batch =P just have to pray T-T</p>

<p>okay after looking (i have no life seriously...) at all of the stats for people that have already been accepted , i think almost everyone was an honors applicant, and are all waiting for an update on honors. they got in, but they're also waiting to get into honors. i hope that makes sense =P </p>

<p>i think that means that your app is going to be given the "holistic review" as opposed to just an academic review. I remember reading a couple months ago in the Seattle times when UW first announced they were changing admissions. They said that they were technically getting rid of the "Academic Index" but it sounded like they were sort of not. They said admissions people would split apps into basically three batches. The ones that will gain auto-admission (academics, athletes etc). Then there's the ones that need to be given teh "holistic review." To see if the applicant will bring more diversity to the school i.e. may be weak in academics but shows leadership (this batch is likely to be the biggest). The last batch, obviously, are those people that will flat out be rejected for various reasons (usually lower than a 2.0 gpa or something)</p>

Mine says the whole "being advanced to a full review" too! I hope that means that we are being reviewed right now and will hopefully find out soon. Since UW has rolling admission, not everyone finds out in April. Some will here in Feb and so on. My satuts sheet still says the last time it was updated though was on Nov. 30 which is kinda strange. Oh well! Good luck to everyone!</p>

<p>i figured a 3.87 UW (with decent amounts of honors/AP's) and a 1370 would be enough for an early admittance because people that i know of with about the same stats as me, if not lower, have already gotten in. i better not have to wait 'till april or march! :P</p>

<p>my application changed to "reviewed" like one minute ago and i tried to transcript thing and i think i'm accepted...it says "ADMITTED FOR AUTUMN, 2006"</p>
<p>about ten minutes earlier i had just started getting the first feelings that i wasnt going to get accepted, then my obsessive compulsive self took over and i checked again and it had changed! yey!</p>
