What's wrong with my Wolverine Access?

<p>So it's April 16th, I was deferred in December, still waiting on a letter which I'm 99% sure is a rejection letter. Anyway, I decided I'd check wolverine access. I haven't been on there in like 3 months, and whenever I click the new and prospective student business it comes up with this:</p>

<p>Is it like that for everybody? It doesn't even give me a chance to type in any of that stuff.
What does it mean?</p>
