My teachers still don't have any forms when they log on to their common app thing that's sent to them when I invite them. I also sent one to myself to test it out and they're correct, there are no forms available.

My school's registrar also does not have this new "Registrars Report" that they made up in place of the College Official Report.

U Michigan questions are still not up for transfers (This may have more to do with the school itself)

These things are all immediately pertinent to me because I'm applying as a 2nd semester transfer to schools and the deadlines to get things in are October 1st. I think it's kind of unfair on the teachers giving me recommendations (as they're starting a new school yr and will be busy), and kind of unprofessional of the common app.

If anyone has solutions to these problems, they would be greatly appreciated.

It’s still really really new and the website still needs lots of changes and additions, so don’t worry. The recommenders section is virtually blank. Just ask your recommenders to keep the recommendation typed in a .doc file so they can send it when the website works.

one other question about this new system… who is the registrar person supposed to be and what is a registrar report?? what’s the difference between that and a recommendation letter? pls help i’m also applying for the oct 1 deadline

The teacher’s forms are up now I believe. Both my teacher’s recommendations have been submitted. All counsellor forms are up as well (according to me counsellor) although he hasn’t submitted anything yet.
Other than the Yale supplement, all are up (for the colleges that i’m applying to).
