Whats your AI

http://www.collegeconfidential.com/academic_index3.htm

it calculates your "competitiveness" or something on rank/gpa and SATs.

I got a 214 AI, giving me a rank of 5 out of a possible 9. Where do other ppl who got in last year stand to put that in perspective?

http://www.collegeconfidential.com/ai_rank.htm that explains the rankings somewhat.

236

Not surprising since I had good academic stats.

221, a 7

It's ok, I guess.

210, a 4 :)

232...9 out of 9

227 and AI Rank is 8 out of 9

231......9/9

223, 7 if I use my rank
229, 8 if I use my GPA

234,.......... 9/9

Your Academic Index: 226
AI Rank*: 8 out of 9

Damn looks like DNA and I are EC/essay ppl ;)

huh... 219 6/9... but i'm a junior

I love your location cujoe haha

rank: 229 8/9
gpa: 232 9/9

here's mine:

Your Academic Index: 218
AI Rank*: 6 out of 9

oh man, looks like i'm the lowest so far

um, this academic index thing is really messed up. For ppl like me that doesn't have a class rank and know that I am in the top 5 percent for cumulative averages will benefit more or less from this ranking rather than someone who is ranked 20th in his/her class. Let's list SAT I and SAT II scores in the following manner. This would give us a better idea and to others our 'competiveness' I will start:

1450 SAT I
750/740/750 SAT IIs

muuhahahah I'm still the highest (so far).

Doesn't matter much once you get to college though. All of my HS friends know my SAT scores and not a single friend at Cornell knows my exact test scores.

yeah... As we mentioned before (I think it was Sparty), You don't want to be approached by someone saying "hey I'm _, I got a _ on the SATs, what'd you get? Wanna be my friend (pending the results of Q. #1)?
