what's your backpack? poll

what kind of backpack do CCers use for high school?
regular two strapped backpack?
one strap messenger back?
tote bag?

messenger bag ftw :O

I use a regular two strapped backpack by wenger swissgear.

I use a two strap North Face backpack.

i don't use one, i just carry my books and stuff.

i have a jansport one, though, that i used to use.

one strap messenger bag....everything else is subpar :p

I use a two strap LL Bean backpack.

but are one strap bags really worse for your back than two strapped bags?

Nike string bag. You guys are so lame :P

I've actually used all three, haha.

Freshman year = two-strapped bookbag. Had the tendency to give me away as a freshman, so I dumped it. (Plus it was time-consuming to get stuff out.
Beginning of sophmore year = tote bag. Very much an improvement over the other bag, but started to wear out. D:
Later in sophmore year = messenger bag. MADE OF WIN. :D Comfortable (get one with padded shoulder strap), convenient, cool. Go messenger bag. :D

Tote bags and messenger bags have nerd written all over them.
Two-strapped bookbags are neither cool nor nerdy. They're acceptable.

None of you guys wear these types of backpacks?:

Well Scorpio to answer your question.. i think it depends on the person.
I carry a one strap messenger bag and it forces me to carry less because I cant put as many books in there. So sometimes I carry one textbook on my arm or leave heavy textbooks at home. When I had a backpack in middle school, my shoulders would hurt a lot because I put multiple textbooks and binders in the backpack because they actually fit in there.
So I guess it depends on some people.

Nike String Bags aren't even backpacks. How are you supposed to fit anything into that crap? The only thing I use it for is my baseball glove.

I use a 2 strap Blue Jansport backpack.

They're called lockers.

String bags are bad for school in my opinion because they are not very comfy and have a very small storage capactiy. When I need to take my books home I dont want to have to carry a lot of stuff.

I use a 2 strap North Face.

2 strap, $8 Wal-Mart brand that they sold last year.

I'd rather have a messenger bag.

I'm pretty surprised you guys don't go for string bags. It's the "thing" in public schools these days, though CCers usually aren't the norm. when it comes to social scenes. And even then, regular backpacks are still cool too and provide enough comfort and carrying space.

But dear God, many of the bags you guys are naming look like they were made for long distance travel.

And the North Face bags I just looked up cost more money than what I receive for my birthdays. o.O

Freshman Year: American Traveller messenger bag
Sophomore Year on: Blue Lands' End backpack with my initials: LSK

I can't use a small backpack, considering we don't have lockers...

Armando: Maybe there, but if we use those here we're like ridiculed XD

Almost everyone here (especially the girls) uses messenger bags. ESPECIALLY seniors, since we get lockers (I get mine on Monday!).
