What's your Diet plan for the summer.

I plan on Exercising 4-5 times a week.

First for 25 minutes then I'll up it to 45 minutes.

Light breakfast a snack lunch a snack dinner and a snack.

Gotta eat small throughout the day

Exercising 4-5 times a week as well, probably mostly aerobics. I plan on ~30 mins each time.

Eat at random times throughout the day (I already do this). Probably little snacks, staying away from big meals.

Hmmmmmm.

I ordered 65 pounds of grass fed beef, suet, and organ meats from a farm in texas. yeah, I’ll be eating that for awhile.

I’ll be eating out every day till i run out of pocketcash :D

I want to lose 10-15 pounds.

Exercising 3-4 times a day. Tennis, running, volleyball, more running, three more hours of tennis. I love summer. <3

I eat what I want, but I usually don’t eat much simply because I’d rather be chilling with friends than eating and I’ve been broke for the past couple of summers so I don’t eat out often. But when I do eat, I eat like a pig.

So exercise a bunch and eat a bunch is usually how it works for me. :D

I don’t diet, since I lack the restraint to completely cut certain foods from my life. Plus, the food I cook is pretty healthy and nutritionally-balanced already. I just eat way too much, so I’m going to cut portions and replace meat dishes with veggies.

Otherwise, I’ll do yoga in the mornings, and I’m running cross country as an intermural sport for the second year in a row. Also, when I’m with friends I’ll do more adventurous things like capoeira and hiking. Man, I can’t wait for summer!

Sleep in and cut breakfast out of the equation (and extra sleep in and of itself is supposed to help), play DDR, and try to at least slightly cut back on junk. I pretty much live on salt, fat, and sugar with the occasional salad or fruit thrown in, so diets are just impossible for me.

Sleep at least 8 hours, drink more water, eat less, push-ups and sit-ups daily, some light exercise 3x a week.

Exercise a lot. Eat a lot of fresh foods. Don’t really want to lose weight but want to be more toned. Lost a lot of weight but not eating anything for two weeks. Sounds bad but it worked and I’ve kept all the weight off despite eating normal amounts now. I kind of recommend it.

chips and soda

What’s like a normal weight for you guys?? I’m 5 feet flat what do you think my weight you should be?

Idk I’m 5’7 and weigh 127 and I think that’s low normal. I’d say 5 feet you’d want to be between 100 and 120 but I’m not totally sure.

I’d like to get down to 85~ pounds. I think my plan is to take a nap whenever I’m hungry.

I’m 108 trying to get to 102. So trying to cut down major intake of calories.

85 pounds is reeeaaallly light. even movie stars aren’t that low. Unless you have a very small bone structure, i suppose

I don’t think even Medow was that light O.o

Exercise ~5/week (running)
Trying to get up to 5 miles+ nonstop.
I can do about 2.5-3 now.

Exercise: Water polo two times a week.
Diet: Lots and lots of ice cream. (i.e. I don’t give a **** about my weight/I have a high metabolism f-yeah) Oh yeah and probably throw some veggies and protein in there too so I don’t die during water polo. You know. Keep it healthy(somewhat).

85 is unhealthy in just about any circumstances. Unless you’re half-bird and have hollow bones, that’s just asking for health issues.

I’m 5’7 and 136 or something - and I like my curves, thank you very much. ;D
