hoping to get a walk-on position at their college team if i ever make it htere.

I've already been offered schollies at USC and Pitt State

Pitzer College
Double Major: Psycholody and Combined Musical Theater

It's sunny, liberal, open-minded, small. Making great relationships is a no. 1 priority for me, and Pitzer would allow me to do that.

University of Texas
Major: Having a hard time deciding. Considering journalism or business, even though the two seem really different

Reasons:

Close to home

Rated best public university in Texas by US News

Strong in just about every academic field

City of Austin is the "live music capital of the world" and one of the best college towns

childhoodhood bias

2nd most undergraduates to Ohio State. Some would consider this bad, but I find it good. The more Longhorns in the work force=more opportunities. You know some employers look out for people who went to their school

Prestigious sports teams, and a great fanbase

Are we talking Duke basketball? Congrats, you must be pretty good to even have that sort of a goal.

If you really love the sport, I'd take the scholarship to USC. You'd get an education that rivals Duke's for a fraction of the cost, and you won't ride the bench all year.
