<p>3.93 is great, but remember, there are a lot of people with similar GPA are applying as sociology major...since you're a ccc, i say you have a decent shot...you'll be in better shape if you have other EC and good personal statement..good luck</p>

<p>FenderGirl- with 17 units its still way early to predict. As long as you keep the gpa up (and by up, i mean above ~3.75/3.8), do as many major preps as possible, and get the honors stuff in, you should have a pretty good chance. Dont worry so much about the personal statement yet, just focus on getting your gen ed/pre reqs done. ECs always help but grades and preperation for the major are the biggest things they look for.</p>
<p>3.7 GPA @ UF's Honors College. Hoping to transfer to Gatech in the fall (In which I hear they pretty much admit you on GPA alone although they ask for courses taken and SAT scores but say they're more for statistical purposes)</p>
