4.0 CCC (lol, that's what they call my college, too! It's Capital Comm. College, though, in Hartford, CT)

I'm not sure what it will be after this semester o.O; I'm hoping to keep it the same (at my school you get a medallion if you maintain a 4.0 until graduation :D) but one never knows, eh?

I'm applying to UCONN Early Action and B.U., Wesleyan, Yale RD (lol, for my mum), and wow, I've realized I'm not a morning person.

Best of luck to everyone! :)

Honors Courses

any chance at Berkeley??

3.93 is great, but remember, there are a lot of people with similar GPA are applying as sociology major...since you're a ccc, i say you have a decent shot...you'll be in better shape if you have other EC and good personal statement..good luck

4.0 GPA State School.
5 Crazy Recs.
National Recognition on EC's etc. etc. etc.
Harvard, Wharton, Yale, Columbia, Stern, Cornell, Chicago, Michigan

FenderGirl- with 17 units its still way early to predict. As long as you keep the gpa up (and by up, i mean above ~3.75/3.8), do as many major preps as possible, and get the honors stuff in, you should have a pretty good chance. Dont worry so much about the personal statement yet, just focus on getting your gen ed/pre reqs done. ECs always help but grades and preperation for the major are the biggest things they look for.

3.7 GPA @ UF's Honors College. Hoping to transfer to Gatech in the fall (In which I hear they pretty much admit you on GPA alone although they ask for courses taken and SAT scores but say they're more for statistical purposes)

I have a 3.9 (high honor roll with distinction) and am in the honors program at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX. I've taken 16 credits so far and am a double major in business and french. I really want to transfer to Stanford. Do I have a chance?

3.68 Dual Biology/Anthropology Major @ UCF (U CANT FINISH) Accepted to FSU, applying to UF.

4.0 at University of Florida (Industrial & Systems Engineering) applying to Harvard, Penn, Cornell, Stanford, UVA, Amherst, UMich, Northwestern, Claremont McKenna.

Right now around a 3.3. But hopefully it will be higher when I get some stuff straightened out. 15 credits. BROWN HOPEFUL. Waitlisted last year
